Global Minerals Industry Incident Investigation and Analysis Management Program

The Global Minerals Industry Incident Investigation and Analysis Management program (G-MIIIA) enables organisations to achieve a step change in their incident investigation and analysis management processes.

Developed by the Minerals Industry Safety and Health Centre (MISHC), it is a  globally available program delivering practical and effective incident investigation. The program will equip participants:
  • with the knowledge and skills to better identify and collect evidence as part of incident investigations
  • to effectively analyse information generated
  • make recommendations that enhance system safety
  • understand the importance of analysing information to establish trends
  • take action to address the identified casual factors as part of systems improvement
