Kylie is the Knowledge Transfer Coordinator for the Sustainable Minerals Institute. Kylie provides advice to students on enrolment, progression, and University policy, as well as administrative management and eLearning support for the Responsible Resource Development program. Kylie provides project management and logistical support for the Mining Leaders' Program, the 9th Australian Workshop on Acid and Metalliferous Drainage, and SMI's MOOC, The future of mining? Through her previous work at the Minerals Industry Safety & Health Centre (MISHC) and SMI, Kylie has assisted with the development of course materials, learning design and user interfaces. Kylie has a keen interest in the student experience in distance learning and providing innovative and dynamic tools to support students no matter their geographical location. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Graphic Design) from the University of Wollongong, a Master of Cultural Heritage from Deakin University, and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from The University of Queensland.
