David Rynne is an experienced public policy and industry leader with more than two decades of senior roles across government and peak industry associations, currently serving as QLD State Director and National Policy Director at Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia. He has led major trade, taxation, WH&S and decarbonisation strategies across the construction materials, sugar, resources and energy sectors. A qualified economist and Company Directors Course graduate, David brings practical experience working with government and industry, with a strong focus on clear advice, sound policy and effective stakeholder engagement.
