He has led major trade, taxation, WH&S and decarbonisation strategies across the construction materials, sugar, resources and energy sectors. A qualified economist and Company Directors Course graduate, David brings practical experience working with government and industry, with a strong focus on clear advice, sound policy and effective stakeholder engagement.
