Dr Michele Fulcher is an anthropologist and founder of Anthropologica Consulting. She has over 30 years of experience working for the mining industry in Canada and Australia with senior positions at Rio Tinto Corporation and Newcrest mining. Michele has also worked with governments and First Nations in Canada anad the United States, with the Torres Straight Regional Authority and with numerous Indigenous groups on issues such as native title and social impact assessment. She is a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland, a Sustaining Fellow of the Society for Applied Anthropology and a member of the International Association of Impact Assessment.
