Steph provides high-level administrative and executive assistance support to the Sustainable Minerals Institute (SMI) and the Environment Centres; the Centre for Mined Land Rehabilitation (CMLR) and the Centre for Water in the Minerals Industry (CWiMi). Steph is the committee secretariat for the Environment Centre's Advisory Board Committee and the SMI Health, Safety and Work Committee.

Steph has extensive experience in business administration and joined the Environment Centres in April 2018. Steph has a Diploma in Business Administration from TAFE NSW and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Jewellery & Object Art Design) from The University of Sydney, (Sydney College of the Arts).

Previous to her current position at The University of Queensland, Steph worked for the Australian Catholic University (ACU) in the School of Physiotherapy, the Faculty of Law and Business and the School of Science. Prior to this Steph worked in various government and private administration, clerical and secretarial roles.
