This is our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

This year the message is “Trust the Signs, Trust your Gut and Ask R U OK?”

  • We are encouraging all areas to draw awareness to this very important message – some ideas are:
    • Host or ‘bring a plate to share’ - morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea.
    • Organise a casual clothes day with a yellow or orange theme.
    • Arrange a picnic.
    • Go for a leisurely walk with some colleagues.
    • Allocate time to call a friend and ask the question ‘R U OK?'
