Bruno Eustáquio served as an infrastructure analyst at the Ministry of Planning, Development and Management for 10 years. He is currently Deputy Executive Secretary of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy. Previously, Eustáquio was Director and Substitute Secretary in Articulation and Public Policies on energy, oil and gas and mining in the Brazilian government’s Investment Partnership Program (PPI). He also served at PPI as Director and Deputy Secretary at the Secretariat of Articulation for Investments and Partnerships on railways and ports, Director of the Secretariat of Project Coordination on airports and electricity, and coordinator of the PPI Project Portfolio and the environmental licensing agenda. He was Advisor, Chief of Staff and Coordinator of Infrastructure Projects on climate modeling, energy, hydro resources, drainage, ports, and highways at the Secretariat of Strategic Affairs of the President. He has also served as an advisor at the National Risk Management Center of the Brazilian Ministry of National Integration, as an Advisor to the Executive Secretariat, and then at the Urban Environment Secretariat at the Brazilian Ministry of the Environment.

Servidor efetivo da carreira de analista de infraestrutura do Ministério do Planejamento, Desenvolvimento e Gestão há 10 anos. Atualmente é Secretário-Executivo Adjunto do MME.. Foi Diretor e Secretário Substituto em Articulação e Políticas Públicas nos temas Energia, Petróleo e Gás e Mineração no Programa de Parceria de Investimentos (SPPI/PR). Foi Diretor e Secretário Substituto na Secretaria de Articulação para Investimentos e Parcerias nos temas de ferrovias e portos da SPPI. Foi Diretor da Secretaria de Coordenação de Projetos nos temas de aeroportos e energia elétrica da SPPI. Foi também coordenador da carteira de Projetos do PPI e da agenda de licenciamento ambiental. Foi Assessor, Chefe de Gabinete e Coordenador de Projetos de Infraestrutura nos temas de modelagem climática, energia, recursos hídricos, drenagem, portos e rodovias na Secretaria de Assuntos Estratégicos da Presidência da República (SAE/PR). Foi Assessor no Centro Nacional de Gerenciamento de Riscos do Ministério da Integração Nacional. Foi Assessor na Secretaria Executiva e, em seguida, na Secretaria de Ambiente Urbano no Ministério do Meio Ambiente.
