Speaker:  Dr Janelle Simpson, Principal Geophysicist, Geological Survey of Queensland

Abstract:  This seminar will provide an understanding of how magnetotelluric data can be integrated with other geophysics and geology to answer large and small geological questions

Bio:  Janelle Simpson has worked at the Geological Survey for nearly 13 years. She has an undergraduate in Geoscience from Monash University and a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Adelaide. She is a Principal Geophysicist with a background in potential field and magneto-telluric geophysics. Janelle is interested in integrating geophysics and geology to answer large-scale geological problems.
