Abstract: The story of JKTech is one of identifying and then grasping an opportunity which was novel almost 40 years ago. Exactly the same approach is relevant to research and commercialisation today.
Bio: Don McKee was heavily involved in the establishment of JKTech and was its first Manager. He was Director of the JKMRC from 1990-96 and the inaugural Director of the Sustainable Minerals Institute from 2001-2007.

Welcome to the 2023 Series of the JKMRC Friday Seminars. The list of presentations will aim to cover a range of topics related to the minerals sector from decision making in exploration, new mineral processing technologies, social licence to operate and mine closure.
