Abstract:

This seminar will discuss the exploration methods used by the Newcrest team at Cadia and elaborate on what informed the decisions that resulted in the discovery of world-class porphyry Au-Cu mineralisation in the district, emphasising that discovery of further deposits in the region will likely require outside of the box thinking.”
