Researcher biography
'Antonija is a PhD candidate at The University of Queensland’s Global Centre for Mineral Security within the Sustainable Minerals Institute, and the School of Civil Engineering, under the QUEX Institute's joint research program. She holds an integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter. Her doctoral research investigates synergies between hard-rock lithium refinery residues and biogenic calcium carbonates for low-carbon cementitious materials. Her research is supervised by Associate Professor Prakash Kripakaran (UoE), Dr Paul Rogers (UQ), Dr Raffaele Vinai (UoE), and Associate Professor Vinh Dao (UQ), and is supported by strong industry links with Cornish Lithium Plc (UK).
