Karissa Cameron

With a background as a geologist, Karissa has 15+ years’ experience in the mining industry in both underground and open cut operations, including roles as Technical Services Superintendent, and Mining Manager, where she developed a strong focus on practical leadership, team culture, and performance.  Karissa is the founder of Lead with Purpose and works with organisations to build frontline leadership capability through facilitation and one-on-one coaching.

Over the past six years, Karissa has designed and delivered leadership development programs across sectors including mining, and oil and gas, health, finance and civil construction, and contributes a cross-sector perspective to leadership education and advisory work.
