Dr Ian Stanley

Dr Ian Stanley has over 35 years of industry experience in High Hazard Industries and has held senior corporate and consultancy roles in safety, risk and reliability management. He specialises in the application of probabilistic and Bayesian processes for decision making under uncertainty. Ian teaches Advanced Reliability techniques to intrnal colleagues and Undergraduate/Post Graduate students. He is currently working on predicting reliability performance signatures of complex hydrocarbon and energy production systems (e.g. Subsea Compression systems) for optimisation and business case development.
