Women in Mining Leadership

From 19 to 23 March SMI and the UQ Business School ran a workshop for women leaders in the mining industry in Santiago, Chile. Hosted by the SMI ICE Chile team in Santiago, participants looked at future trends in mining, heard from a panel of women leaders and explored their own leadership  context, strengths and strategies.
