Lauren Gilroy has more than 20 years experience in complex heavy industries such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction, Energy Generation, Manufacturing, Logistics and Shipping and holds a Masters of Science (Occupational Health and Safety), a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations).

She has held Senior Leadership & Site FIFO HSEQT roles in a Global, Regional, Country and Local capacity having been based in Asia, the Middle East and Australia with responsibilities also extending across Africa, South America and Europe.
