Marcia holds a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques and a Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences (Environmental). Having previously worked in industry for 15 years, in commercial, government, and research laboratories her expertise cover a wide range of scientific methodologies and is a specialist in scientific equipment operations. Noteworthy achievements include NATA signatory accreditation under ISO/IEC17025 for work in developing in-house methods for soil, material testing, and water chemical analysis, along with proficiency in establishing QA/QC systems, SOPs and method validation in accordance with Standards Australia, NATA Scope of Accreditation, and ISO, and QMS under ISO9001.
