Shuai Han - Objectives of Proposed Training Program:

  1. Review what are psychology, behavior and management risk of miners. For example, multi-factor affected the safety psychology, safety behavior, managerial effectiveness and the accidents triggered by the above risks appeared and so on.
  2. Establish psychology-behavior-management interaction model, which is a complex and progressive mechanism to explore the effects on management from behavioral and psychological perspectives.
  3. Evaluate horizontal and potential status of whole coal mine safety system based on psychology-behavior-management perspective. The horizontal status means the current level of safety in psychology-behavior-management. The potential status means the longitudinal evolution level of safety in psychology-behavior-management.
  4. Simulate the horizontal and potential status of whole coal mine safety system. The safety data of psychology-behavior-management can be obtained by the field survey and conduct evolutionary analysis of safety status by using computer software based on the interaction model.
  5. Draw up scientific and healthy risk control system, which is pay close attention to coal mine workers about physical health, psychological health, etc.

Shuai is currently undetaking her PhD at the China University of Mining Technology in Xuzhou , Jingsui China and is spending twelve months on a China Scholarship Council scholarship as an occupational traine with MISHC.
