Rebecca Perrett has worked across the mining and oil and gas industries for over twenty five years, ranging from site based Health and Safety Superintendent roles to global senior executive roles. 

Rebecca has extensive experience in senior functional leadership roles, having led large diverse teams within global organisations, and her areas of expertise include:

• Global HSE strategy development and deployment
• Critical risk management implementation
• Safety standard development incorporating human performance principles at scale
• Assurance and governance and
• In field leadership safety coaching focussing on General Managers, Managers and Supervisors globally.
