Dr Sara Pazell is the managing director and principal consultant for Viva Health! at Work, a boutique firm providing solutions for human factors and ergonomics design and participative work practices, health and wellness advising, and training and facilitation. She has worked across many industries, including mining, construction, transportation, health care, manufacturing, retail, finance, food and beverage, sport and fitness, and government organisations.
Sara has served in past roles as an executive business manager for health and surgical care facilities, and a trainer for business, leadership, and health and fitness training companies. She has worked clinically as a healthcare professional in numerous settings.
