Patricia is the Senior Coordinator, Knowledge Transfer at CSRM. Responsible for overall coordination, she also provides support and advice to the teaching staff on the learning design of their courses. She has a strong interest in placing the learner at the centre.
With over 13 years of experience working in the Higher Education industry, Patricia supports faculty staff, professional staff, and students. Prior to UQ, she worked as a Learning Design Associate at the Queensland University of Technology, managing the blended and online delivery of several award and non-award programs, and at the University of South Australia, supporting academics and students with the internal and external offerings for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Patricia holds a Graduate Certificate in Education from QUT, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Centroamericana Jose Simeón Cañas in El Salvador, and a Master’s in Management and Marketing from Macquarie University in Sydney. She also holds a Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy.
