Health, Safety and Risk Professional Development

All courses and masterclasses have been designed and developed by the Minerals Industry Safety and Health Centre (MISHC) at UQ’s Sustainable Minerals Institute.

The team at MISHC offer high quality training for all levels of staff in the resources sector. Our suite of short courses and masterclasses increase specialist knowledge and skills to better identify hazards and make effective decisions about risk, safety and occupational health.

All health, safety, risk and occupational health courses and masterclasses are facilitated by experienced practitioners within MISHC, and connect participants with the latest research and best practices.

We offer public courses and also work directly with organisations to create bespoke training tailored to organisational goals.
