Jo-Anne Everingham gave a plenary address and ran a workshop at the 8th Annual Best Practice Ecological Rehabilitation of Mined Lands Conference (2018) organised by the Tom Farrell Institute for the Environment (TFI), the University of Newcastle on 12 April 2018. This conference brought together 250 delegates including leading professionals, stakeholders and companies within the mine rehabilitation sector. Friday 13th April (not being superstitious), she ran a workshop: “An appreciative enquiry approach to a mine closure as a reservoir of possibilities”.
