Associate Professor Nick Bainton and Nora Gotzmann from the Danish Institute for Human Rights co-wrote the first publicly available Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA) for a proposed gas project in Papua New Guinea. It is one of the first assessments in PNG conducted at such an early stage of planning for a project and is made publicly available.
